We Source & Screen – Our AI-driven system and industry experts find and vet qualified candidates. 3. Preliminary Interviews – We conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications before sending candidates your way. 4. Employer Verification – You review and interview selected candidates to ensure the best fit for your company. 5. Workers Show Up Ready – Once confirmed, your selected workers arrive on-site, ready to go. For Job Seekers: 1. Apply Online – Apply for the positions that match your skills. 2. Screening & Evaluation – We assess your experience, certifications, and job fit. 3. Preliminary Interview – If selected, we’ll conduct a brief interview to discuss your qualifications and confirm your availability. 4. Employer Interview & Final Selection – If matched to a position, the hiring company will conduct their own verification process to ensure it’s the right fit before finalizing the hire. 5. Start Working – Once approved, you’ll receive job details and be ready to get to work.

Do I need specific experience or certifications?Some positions require specific experience or certifications, particularly for trades or roles involving welding, electrical, operating and similar skilled tasks. We also offer entry-level positions that may not require prior experience but often benefit from safety training (MSHA/OSHA) or relevant background. We have positions for everyone, but to find the best placement for you, it's best to provide any certifications you may have.
